Chalmers Industriteknik is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Contact us at the e-mail address info@bioplusportalen.se if you have questions about how we handle personal data.
Registration for events and subscriptions
Personal information (name, address and e-mail) provided in connection with subscription to the Bio + program’s newsletter is only stored for as long as you are a subscriber. When you unsubscribe, we delete your personal information.
Personal information (name, address, telephone number and e-mail) provided in connection with registrations for seminars, workshops or similar events is only stored for as long as is required for administration and accounting. If we charge for the event, the invoice documentation is saved in accordance with current accounting rules.
Chalmers Industriteknik may disclose your personal data to the Swedish Energy Agency so that they can continue to send out newsletters within the Bio + program in the event that Chalmers Industriteknik no longer has the task of handling communication about the Bio + program. In addition, Chalmers Industriteknik never discloses your personal information to third parties.
Right to request information
If you want to know if Chalmers Industriteknik processes personal data about you, send and signed the request to us at the e-mail address info@bioplusportalen.se. You have the right to request information about personal data that is processed about you with us and to have data corrected.
Please note that Chalmers Industriteknik has access to personal information needed for our own operations, such as customer and subscriber registers, and not information that is available from other organizations and companies with which we collaborate, for example in development and collaboration projects.
